What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Screen Repairs
For screen replacements, the warranty covers display or touch functionality issues caused by defective parts.

Customers are encouraged to use protective cases and screen protectors to minimize damage risks.
Water Damage Repairs
Devices repaired for liquid or water damage are generally not covered by warranty due to the unpredictable nature of corrosion and internal damage.
While our technicians perform thorough cleaning and repair procedures, water-damaged devices may develop additional faults over time.
Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before submitting their device for repair.
PRC Phone Repair Centre is not responsible for data loss, corrupted files, or software issues that may occur during the repair process.
Warranty Claim Process
If you experience an issue related to a repair covered by our warranty:

Visit one of our store locations with your device.

Provide proof of repair or receipt.

Our technicians will inspect the device to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
If the issue is confirmed to be related to the original repair, we will fix it according to the warranty terms.
Device Collection
Customers are required to collect repaired devices within a reasonable timeframe after being notified.
Devices left uncollected for an extended period may be considered abandoned in accordance with our store policies.
