At PRC Phone Repair Centre, we take pride in providing high-quality repair services and reliable replacement parts. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure transparency and customer confidence in the services we provide.

Please read the following warranty terms carefully.


Repair Warranty

PRC Phone Repair Centre provides a limited warranty on selected repairs and replacement parts. The warranty applies only to the specific repair performed by our technicians.

If a fault occurs related to the repair or replacement part within the warranty period, we will inspect the device and repair the issue where applicable.

Warranty periods may vary depending on the type of repair or component replaced.


What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty typically covers:

  • Faults related to the repair performed by our technicians

  • Defective replacement parts installed during the repair

  • Issues directly caused by the repair service provided by PRC Phone Repair Centre

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our technicians.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover issues caused by external damage or conditions unrelated to the original repair.

This includes:

  • Physical damage such as drops or impact

  • Water or liquid damage after the repair

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Software issues unrelated to the repair performed

  • Devices that have been opened or repaired by another technician after our service

  • Pre-existing faults that were not related to the repair

If any of the above conditions are found during inspection, the warranty claim may be declined.


Screen Repairs

For screen replacements, the warranty covers display or touch functionality issues caused by defective parts.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Cracked or broken screens after repair

  • Damage caused by dropping the device

  • Physical pressure applied to the screen

Customers are encouraged to use protective cases and screen protectors to minimize damage risks.


Water Damage Repairs

Devices repaired for liquid or water damage are generally not covered by warranty due to the unpredictable nature of corrosion and internal damage.

While our technicians perform thorough cleaning and repair procedures, water-damaged devices may develop additional faults over time.


Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before submitting their device for repair.

PRC Phone Repair Centre is not responsible for data loss, corrupted files, or software issues that may occur during the repair process.


Warranty Claim Process

If you experience an issue related to a repair covered by our warranty:

  1. Visit one of our store locations with your device.

  2. Provide proof of repair or receipt.

  3. Our technicians will inspect the device to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.

If the issue is confirmed to be related to the original repair, we will fix it according to the warranty terms.


Device Collection

Customers are required to collect repaired devices within a reasonable timeframe after being notified.

Devices left uncollected for an extended period may be considered abandoned in accordance with our store policies.
